Summary
The whole of the Netra Tantra’s Ashtanga Yoga, Yogi Shri says, points to one thing: to realise — or become — Amriteshvara Bhairava, the form of Shiva who conquers death (Mahamrityunjaya). Its mantra, as he gives it, is Om Jum Sah Amriteshvara Bhairavaya Namah.
One way into samadhi is discrimination: between the conscious and the inert, see what is eternal in both. Another is love. Whenever you have felt that God is present — before an image in a temple, or with someone you love completely — look closely: in intense love you feel “this is me, I am acting in it”. The intellect normally divides: this is high, this is low, this is mine. When that division settles into sameness (samata), that is samadhi.
“I am Shiva” then does not mean “and you are not”. It means that what I see is Shiva too. This is why India says the divine is in every particle — a time comes when consciousness is seen even in stone. That seeing he calls shambhavi intelligence.
