Inner Well-Being
Bringing practice into everyday life, work and relationships.
Practice is tested in daily life. Inner well-being is about bringing the steadiness of the mat and the cushion into work, relationships, rest and ageing — through simple, repeatable habits.
Foundations
- Daily rhythm — short, regular practice anchored to the day.
- Breath and rest — relaxation and breathing that support good sleep.
- Relationships and work — attention and equanimity in ordinary situations.
- Ageing well — practice adapted to every stage of life.
How Yogi Shri teaches it
In Yogi Shri’s classes, inner well-being is taught the way every session is taught: an interactive exploration of the subject, followed by a practice, then time to share experience and receive personal guidance. The classical texts — the Bhagavad Gita, the Yoga Sutras, the Upanishads and the tantric scriptures — are studied for what they mean in daily practice.
